All boars for KS at home and abroad are assessed on the outside, both by scanning and again by selection for the KS stations.

To get through the eye of the needle like the Danish Genetics breeding boar, it requires an extremely solid quality of the boar’s leg position. We want to make sure that the future generation can keep up with the extremely high growth we have achieved through the individual testing all the boars have undergone. To ensure that the boars’ genes are passed on to their offspring, they are all also genetically tested, where it is possible to assess whether the boars will pass on the good traits.
